By using Trunx, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
You may use Trunx for your projects in accordance with these terms and applicable laws, including all telecom regulations.

Legal Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Trunx services, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do Not Call (DNC) regulations, 10DLC registration requirements, and any applicable state-level telecom laws. To make any legal requests or inquiries, simply contact us.

Service Terms

Trunx provides telecom infrastructure for AI agents via a usage-based API. Our services include SMS messaging, voice AI calls, outbound campaigns, DID management, IVR, health monitoring, and reputation tracking. Access is provided through our REST API and MCP endpoint, authenticated via API keys.

Usage-Based Billing

Trunx operates on a usage-based billing model powered by Stripe. You are billed for API calls, SMS messages sent and received, voice call minutes, DID provisioning, and other metered resources. Billing details are available in your account dashboard. Unpaid balances may result in service suspension.

Telecom Compliance

By using Trunx to send SMS messages or initiate voice calls, you agree to:

  • Obtain proper consent from recipients before initiating communications
  • Honor all Do Not Call (DNC) and suppression list requirements
  • Comply with TCPA time-window restrictions for outbound calls
  • Register and maintain valid 10DLC campaigns where required
  • Not use the platform for unlawful robocalling, spam, or fraudulent communications

Trunx enforces guardrails including DNC checks, TCPA time windows, content scanning, and rate limiting, but ultimate compliance responsibility rests with you as the API consumer.
